Copyright Policy

VideoDownloader respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

As required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed infringements. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed;
  2. Identification of works or materials being infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL);
  4. Contact information about the notifier including address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner‘s agent, or pursuant to the law, to use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material; and
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, VideoDownloader has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. VideoDownloader may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

We reserve the right to modify this Copyright Policy at any time. When we make changes to this policy, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect intellectual property.
