This new arrival is one of only a few second-generation OLED gaming monitors on the market, and it features one of LG’s extremely fast WOLED MLA Gen 2 panels.
The LG panel has a 240Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms response time. Yes, 0.03 milliseconds. To put it simply, this panel is quick in every way.
A high-end graphics card is required to achieve the advertised 240Hz refresh rate, and even the best graphics cards may struggle in certain games. However, the fact that this is an ultrawide monitor with a standard resolution of 3440 x 1440 helps. That’s significantly fewer pixels than 4K in total.
However, picture quality has not been sacrificed in order to achieve lightning-fast performance. If you’ve ever seen an LG OLED TV, you’ll know that the company produces some impressive displays. The Swift OLED PG34WCDM is no different. The second-generation OLED panel makes a significant difference in how images are displayed on it. It is vibrant and has a “bit more fundamental zing” than previous LG OLEDs we’ve tested.
OLEDs, however, have some drawbacks. Burn-in is a legitimate concern, even though this monitor takes precautions to reduce the likelihood of it occurring. Also, the way OLED panels are built causes some strangeness when displaying text, which appears to bother some people more than others. The other factor is cost.

It’s an excellent gaming monitor with top-tier performance and stunning image quality. It has a 34-inch screen with an 1800R curve to bring the edges closer to your field of vision, which is especially useful if you sit close to the monitor. This monitor’s main advantage is its near-instantaneous response time, which allows for incredible motion handling and eliminates visible blur behind fast-moving objects. It also has a 175Hz refresh rate and native G-SYNC variable refresh rate (VRR) support, which is beneficial if you own an NVIDIA graphics card.
This monitor has a QD-OLED panel, which provides excellent picture quality in low-light environments with a near-infinite contrast ratio and vibrant colors. Logitech’s G305 Lightspeed is the best budget wireless gaming mouse. A high-performance peripheral at an affordable price. Its mid-range price puts it up against some excellent wired mice, and there are no compromises on performance or design.

The G305’s shape is based on a small, ambidextrous design that Logitech has used for many years. While the scroll wheel and buttons don’t feel as high-end as those in the G502, they’re still far superior to anything you’ll find in a budget gaming mouse. The best 49-inch ultrawide monitor for gaming is the Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 G93SC. With a 49-inch QD-OLED panel, the OLED G9 has a higher horizontal resolution than many other ultrawide gaming monitors, at 5120 x 1440. That gives you plenty of space to explore your desktop, multiple Chrome tabs, or extremely large gaming experiences that take up your entire eyeline.
This is the most immersive ultrawide. The combination of an OLED screen’s incredible contrast and colors, combined with its 49-inch size, provides an enviable gaming experience in the games that support it. It’s worth noting that not every game will support such a horizontal resolution. The games that do, however, provide an excellent viewing experience on the OLED G9.
The OLED G9 is rated at 240Hz, making it comparable to the fastest ultrawide panel we recommend, the Asus ROG Swift OLED PG34WCDM. It’s also significantly faster than the Asus ROG Swift OLED PG49WCD, which features the same panel. And, while the OLED G9 is usually more expensive, we’ve seen it on sale at Asus for significantly less.
